Bobbi DePorter

Bobbi DePorter is president of Quantum Learning Network, a West Coast–based educational company producing programs for students, teachers, schools, and organizations across the United States and abroad.

Bobbi was an early pioneer in the applications of accelerated learning. After studying with Dr. Georgi Lozanov, she co-founded a highly successful business school and then went on to apply the same strategies to school-age children.

Established in 1982, SuperCamp is one of the leading academic summer camps in the U.S. and abroad. It is designed to teach students learning and life skills in an environment that cultivates self-esteem and confidence. Bobbi's path, shared in some of her books, moved her from great success to rock bottom, and then to a place of deep fulfillment with the development of the Quantum Learning methods that bring personal excellence and achievement to children through SuperCamp and QL Ed school programs.

During Bobbi's 30-plus years in education, she has been involved in many industry organizations, including serving as president of the International Alliance for Learning and as chairperson of the Best Practices in Education Committee for the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Business Roundtable for Education.

Bobbi is a 2006 Readers' Choice Winner for Fast Company magazine's "Fast 50" list of leading creative thinkers, and a member of the Transformational Leadership Council.
