Designed to meet the unique needs of your organization Each Put Me In, Coach! program begins with a pre-program web conference to introduce your team to the course. During this conference, we collect information to empower our facilitators to integrate your coaching criteria and scenarios. A two day workshop is then scheduled with your team, followed by onsite job-embedded modeling and mentoring sessions. The design and structure of these modeling/mentoring sessions can be designed to meet your needs. The curriculum also includes multiple follow-up Web conferences to continue and expand the effectiveness of the coaching program.
