Become a QL Education Facilitator

Do you want to become part of an elite team of facilitators? QL Education facilitators make a difference in the lives of hundreds of teachers every year, ultimately influencing the lives of thousands of students. Our facilitators are part of an elite group of individuals who learn the dynamic SuperCamp style of Quantum facilitation. When you become a Quantum facilitator, your impact on those you train is immediate. Teachers return to the classroom armed with new skills that they can use to inspire and positively impact their students. You will bring joy and optimism to the teachers you train; you will help them raise their personal bar.

The feeling of helping others see their own potential in unmatched. You will experience the "QL buzz," the sense of satisfaction that comes from knowing that what you're doing does make a difference. Of course, you'll also be able to apply the incredible skills you acquire as a Quantum facilitator in your own career as an educator.

QL Facilitator Requirements
The general requirements to become a QL Education facilitator are:

• Completion of a five-day Quantum Learning program
• Exemplary application of QL in the classroom
• Strong presentation/facilitation skills
• Ability to relate well to adults of all ages
• Willing to travel
• Availability to work during the school year (preferably five or more days)
• At least seven years teaching (preferable)
• Advanced degree (preferable)

Our facilitators teach on a contract basis for a few to many days in the summer and throughout the school year.
